    Canllawiau Defnyddio Facebook

Beth yw Facebook? Mae Facebook yn darparu gwasanaeth rhwydweithio cymdeithasol ar gyfer ei ddefnyddwyr sy’n cynnwys creu proffil personol, y gallu i rannu negeseuon gyda ffrindiau, ac mae modd i ddefnyddwyr rannu grwpiau diddordeb ayyb. Bellach mae 7 o bob 10 oedolyn yn defnyddio’r we ac o’r defnyddwyr hynny mae 68% wedi defnyddio cyfrwng cymdeithasol yn y 6 mis diwethaf. Facebook yw’r cyfrwng mwyaf poblogaidd felly gall fod yn adnodd gwerthfawr i fudiadau gwirfoddol wrth geisio hyrwyddo eu gwaith a chodi arian. Sut allwch chi wneud y defnydd gorau o Facebook? Gallwch greu tudalennau er mwyn arddangos eich gwaith a galluogi pobl i ddod yn dilynwyr / cefnogwyr.

Gall dilynwyr/cefnogwyr rhyngweithio gyda’ch tudalen drwy ysgrifennu ar y wal, postio lluniau, a gwneud sylw ar luniau ayyb.

Gall dilynwyr/cefnogwyr dderbyn unrhyw newyddion am eich grŵp ar eu tudalen gartref a’i rannu gyda’u ffrindiau.

Gallwch chi roi linc o’ch tudalen Facebook i wefannau eraill e.e. gwefan y cylch.

Gallwch greu digwyddiadau ar Facebook a’u hyrwyddo ymysg ffrindiau – gall hyn fod yn ffordd dda i drefnu digwyddiadau codi arian.

    Creu Tudalen ‘FACEBOOK’

    1. Fel y nodwyd eisoes, adnodd marchnata er mwyn cyrraedd y gynulleidfa ehangaf

posib yw Facebook. 2. Dylai pwyllgor eich darpariaeth fod yn rhan o’r penderfyniad i greu tudalen

Facebook. Dylai’r mater gael ei drafod mewn cyfarfod pwyllgor swyddogol sy’n cael ei gofnodi gan nodi’r penderfyniad.

    3. Mae’n hanfodol fod pwyllgor y ddarpariaeth yn darllen y Polisi Rhyngweithio a geir yn y pecyn hwn, ac yn rhaeadru’r wybodaeth hanfodol i’r holl staff sy’n gweithio yn y ddarpariaeth.

    4. Os bydd y pwyllgor yn penderfynu bwrw mlaen i lunio tudalen Facebook, mae’n rhaid penderfynu pwy fydd yn gyfrifol am ddiweddaru’r newyddion a roir ar Facebook, sef y ‘gweinyddwr’. Mae’n hanfodol fod y gweinyddwr yn creu tudalen ar gyfer y ddarpariaeth yn rhinwedd ei waith yn hytrach na thrwy ei gyfrif personol – bydd hyn yn arbed i ffrindiau personol y gweinyddwr rhag bod yn rhan o grŵp y ddarpariaeth gan arbed cymysgu rhwng bywyd gwaith a bywyd personol y gweinyddwr.

    5. Dylai’r pwyllgor gytuno gyda’r staff a’r rhieni am reolau gweinyddu tudalen Facebook y ddarpariaeth, gan drafod materion fel pwy sy’n cael eu derbyn fel ‘ffrindiau’ e.e. rhieni presennol yn unig a.y.y.b.

    6. Dylai’r pwyllgor sicrhau mai dim ond y gweinyddwr fydd yn gallu ychwanegu lluniau o’r ddarpariaeth. Mae’n hanfodol derbyn caniatâd gan rieni cyn defnyddio lluniau’r plant ar y tudalennau - gweler ‘Ffurflen Caniatâd Rhieni i roi lluniau ar Facebook’. Ni ddylid gwahardd rhieni presennol rhag cael mynediad i dudalen Facebook y ddarpariaeth oni bai fod rheswm penodol dros hynny (cysylltwch â’ch swyddog datblygu i drafod unrhyw achosion unigol).

    7. Dylech atgoffa rhieni a staff am drefn polisi canmol a chwyno y ddarpariaeth er

mwyn sicrhau y bydd unrhyw gŵyn yn cael ei chyfeirio at y pwyllgor yn uniongyrchol. Ni ddylai rhieni na’r staff defnyddio Facebook ar unrhyw gyfrif i drafod unrhyw fater yn mynegi pryder am y ddarpariaeth.

    8. Bydd gweinyddwr Facebook yn cadw rheolaeth dynn ar y sylwadau a roir ar dudalennau’r ddarpariaeth ac yn dileu unrhyw sylw amhriodol mor fuan â phosib.

    9. Pwysleisiwn eto fod gan bob darpariaeth bolisi rhyngweithio, wedi ei ddarparu gan Mudiad Meithrin, ar gyfer staff ac mae disgwyl iddynt gydymffurfio â’r polisi yma ar bob adeg. Os bydd achos o gamddefnyddio Facebook yn codi yn y ddarpariaeth, yna dylid gofyn am gyngor pellach gan y Swyddog Datblygu lleol.

Mae cyfarwyddiadau ynglyn â chreu tudalen facebook ar gael o fewnrwyd Mudiad Meithrin.

    Guidelines for Using Facebook

What is Facebook? Facebook provides a social networking service for its users. This includes creating a personal profile, the ability to share messages with friends, and users can share common-interest groups etc. By today, 7 out of every 10 adults use the Internet and of these users 68% have used some kind of social media in the last 6 months. Since Facebook is the most popular medium it can be a valuable resource for voluntary organisations that wish to promote their work and fund raise. How can you make the best use of Facebook? You can create pages to illustrate your work and to enable people to become followers.

Followers can network with your page by writing on the wall, post pictures, and comment on the pictures etc.

Followers can receive news about your group on their homepage and share it with their friends.

You can link your Facebook page to other websites e.g. the cylch website.

You can create activities on Facebook and promote them among friends – this could be a good way to organise fund raising.

    Creating a ‘FACEBOOK’ page

    10. As noted already, Facebook is a marketing tool for reaching the widest possible

audience. 11. Your provision’s committee should be part of the decision to create a Facebook

Page. The issue should be discussed in an official committee meeting which should be minuted, and the decision noted.

    12. It is essential that the provision’s committee reads the Networking Policy in this pack, and that it cascades the essential information to every member of staff working at the provision.

    13. If the committee decides to go ahead and to create a Facebook page, it must also decide who will be responsible for updating the news on Facebook i.e. as the ‘administrator’. It is essential that the administrator creates a page for the provision through his/her work rather than through his/her personal account – this will save the administrator’s personal friends from being part of the provision’s group and thus avoid mixing between the administrator’s working life and his/her personal life.

    14. The committee should come to an agreement with the staff and the parents regarding the rules for administrating the provision’s Facebook page, and discuss matters such as who will be accepted as ‘friends’ e.g. only the current parents etc.

    15. The committee should ensure that only the administrator can add pictures of the provision. The permission of the parents must be sought before children’s photographs can be used on the pages – see the ‘Parent’s Permission to place photographs on Facebook Form’. Current parents should not be forbidden from accessing the provision’s Facebook page unless there is a specific reason for doing so (contact your development officer to discuss any individual cases).

  • 4

    16. You should remind parents and staff about the provision’s praise and complaints

policy in order to ensure that complaints are directed to the committee. Neither parents nor staff should, at any cost, use Facebook to discuss any matter which expresses concern about the provision.

    17. The Facebook administrator should keep a firm control on the comments placed on the provision’s pages and delete any inappropriate comment as soon as possible.

    18. We emphasise once more that every provision has a networking policy for its staff, provided by Mudiad Meithrin, and they are expected to comply with this policy at all times. If there is a case of misusing Facebook in the provision, the local Development Officer’s advice should be sought.

Guidelines on how to create a facebook page can be found on the Mudiad Meithrin intranet.

  • Canllawiau Llogi a Defnyddio Gwisg Dewin Llogi Gwisg Dewin 1. Cedwir y wisg swyddfa Nerys Fychan – (swyddog Nawdd a Marchnata) ym

mhrif swyddfa’r Mudiad yn Aberystwyth. Nerys fydd yn gyfrifol am logi’r wisg allan. Os nad yw Nerys ar gael yna cysylltwch â Iola, Siwan neu Janice.

    2. Mae’n rhaid i bawb lenwi ffurflen llogi’r wisg gan nodi’r achlysur, dyddiad ei

defnyddio, pryd fydd yn cael ei dychwelyd a phwy sydd wedi ei harolygu wedi iddi gael ei dychwelyd.

    3. Mae’n rhaid i bawb arwyddo’r ddogfen Cytundeb Defnyddio Gwisg Dewin

cyn ei defnyddio. Nid yw’r Mudiad yn derbyn cyfrifoldeb am unrhyw niwed a gaiff unrhyw un tra’n gwisgo’r wisg – cyfrifoldeb yr unigolyn yw ei ddiogelwch ei hun.

    4. Staff cyflogedig y mudiad sydd i’w benthyg yn unig, felly rhaid i gylchoedd ei

benthyg drwy’r staff. Dylai’r Swyddogion Maes, a Swyddogion Ti a Fi ei llogi trwy’r Swyddogion Datblygu.

    5. Yn ddelfrydol mae angen person 5.5” – 5.10” i’w gwisgo ac ni chaniateir i neb o

    dan 16 oed i’w gwisgo.

    6. Bydd holl gynnwys y bocs sy’n dal y wisg wedi ei nodi ar bapur yn y bocs mawr gan nodi beth sydd i’w gadw yn y bocs a beth sydd i’w gadw yn y bag coch.

    7. Codir tâl benthyg o £10 bob tro y benthycir y wisg.

    8. Bydd y wisg yn cael ei harolygu ar ol ei dychwelyd i sicrhau fod y wisg yn ôl yn

gyflawn ac mewn cyflwr da. Os bydd niwed i’r wisg, anfonir anfoneb am ei thrwsio i’r sir gyfrifol.

    9. Rhaid i’r wisg gael ei dychwelyd i Aberystwyth cyn y gellir ei benthyg allan eto

h.y. ni all un sir ei phasio o’r naill i’r llall, gan y bydd yn rhaid iddi gael ei harchwilio gan Nerys cyn ei llogi allan eto.

    10. Ni ddylid gwisgo’r wisg y tu allan i gylch neu weithgaredd y Mudiad heb

    ganiatâd Iola.

    11. Ni ddylid ei defnyddio y tu allan.

    12. Ni fydd y wisg ar gael i’w llogi i gylchoedd dros gyfnod yr Ŵyl Feithrin, Eisteddfod yr Urdd, Sioe Llanelwedd na’r Eisteddfod Genedlaethol gan y bydd y Mudiad yn ganolog yn ei defnyddio bryd hynny.

    13. Os bydd sefydliadau eraill am fenthyg y wisg e.e. S4C, TWF, codir ffi o £25.

    14. Ni ddylid storio’r wisg ym mŵt y car dros nos - os yn bosib dylid ei chadw yn un o swyddfeydd cyfagos y Mudiad nes y bydd ei hangen.

  • Guidelines on hiring and using Dewin’s costume Hiring of the Dewin costume 1. The costume will be kept in Nerys Fychan’s office – (Funding and Marketing

Officer) in Mudiad’s head office at Aberystwyth. Nerys will be responsible for the hiring of the costume. If Nerys is not available then the responsibility lies with Iola, and if she’s not available with Dona or Siwan

    2. Everyone who wants to hire the costume must fill in the hiring form, stating the

occasion, dates of hire, and who has inspected the costume after it’s returned. 3. Everyone must sign the Using Dewin Costume Agreement before using

the costume. Mudiad Meithrin does not accept any responsibility for any injuries incurred whilst wearing the costume – the individual is responsible for his/her own safety whilst in the costume.

    4. Only Mudiad’s employed staff can hire the costume, therefore, cylchoedd

Meithrin will need to borrow through members of staff. Field Officers and Ti a Fi officers should hire through the development Officer.

    5. Ideally, the person wearing the costume should be 5.5” – 5.10”, and no one

under the age of 16 are allowed to wear the costume.

everything is there and that it is in a good condition. If there will be any damage to the costume, an invoice will be sent to cover the cost of repair.

    9. The costume must be returned to Aberystwyth before anybody else can borrow

it e.g. counties can not pass from one to another, as the costume needs to be inspected by Nerys before it is allowed to be hired out again.

    10. The costume should not be worn to any other activities outside of the cylch

    Meithrin without Iola’s permission

    11. It should not be worn outside.

    14. The costume should not be stored in a boot of a car overnight – if possible it should be stored in one of the Mudiad’s local offices until it is needed.

    2. 15 munud yw’r uchafswm yr argymhellir y gall unrhyw un fod yn gwisgo’r wisg ar

yr un tro heb doriad. Nid yw’r Mudiad yn derbyn cyfrifoldeb am unrhyw niwed a gaiff unrhyw un tra’n gwisgo’r wisg – cyfrifoldeb yr unigolyn yw ei ddiogelwch ei hun.

    3. Mae ffan fach ar gael o fewn yr het a swits yn yr het – dylid rhoi hon ymlaen cyn

    gwisgo’r het ar dywydd poeth.

    4. Nid yw’r person sy’n gwisgo gwisg Dewin yn cael siarad o gwbl tra ei fod yn y wisg.

    5. Mae angen i Dewin fod yn fywiog ac yn sionc (os yn bosib!), gall godi bawd a chwifio’i ddwylo ar y plant.

    6. Rhaid i Dewin gael ei dywys gan oedolyn bob amser ac ni ddylid ei adael ar ei ben ei

hun efo’r plant (mae’n anodd iawn gweld yn y wisg)

    7. Lle bo modd, dylid ceisio chwarae cân Dewin cyn iddo ymddangos – ond bydd angen paratoi’r plant at ei ymddangosiad ymlaen llaw hefyd wrth gwrs rhag ofn i rai ddychryn e.e. darllen stori Dewin.

    8. Rhaid i Dewin gymryd gofal arbennig wrth fynd i fyny/lawr grisiau. Dylid ceisio osgoi

    grisiau os oes modd.

    9. Gall Dewin eistedd ar gadair os oes un addas ar gael h.y un ddigon mawr a ddim yn isel

    10. Ni ddylid gadael i blant bach eistedd ar lin Dewin (am resymau hylendid!)

    11. Ni ddylai Dewin ddod i gysylltiad â bwyd na diod (er mwyn ceisio cadw’r wisg yn lân)

    12. Tynnu lluniau - dylid ceisio cael cyhoeddusrwydd i Dewin bob tro y bydd yn ymweld â

chylch, ond dylid sicrhau fod ffurflen caniatâd tynnu lluniau wedi ei llenwi fel sy’n arferol gan y rhieni er mwyn tynnu lluniau o’r plant gyda Dewin

    13. Er mai i gylchoedd meithrin y mae Dewin wedi’i anelu, gall ymweld â chylchoedd Ti a Fi

    hefyd.

    14. Dylai’r pyped Dewin a’r tegan Doti fod o’r golwg pan fydd Dewin yn y wisg yn bresennol – dim ond un Dewin all fod yn bresennol mewn un lle ar unrhyw adeg.

  • Using Dewin’s Costume Agreement

Everyone who hires Dewin’s costume must sign this agreement before using the costume.

    1. The children should never see anybody changing in to the costume or taking it off.

    2. 15 minutes is the maximum time recommended time for anyone to be wearing the costume at one time without a break. Mudiad Meithrin does not accept any responsibility for any injuries incurred whilst wearing the costume – the individual is responsible for his/her own safety whilst in the costume.

    3. There is a fan in the hat that can be switched on when the weather is hot.

    4. The person wearing the costume must not speak at all while he/she is in the costume.

    5. The Dewin needs to be active and lively (if possible), he can wave and give thumbs-up.

    6. The Dewin must be guided by an adult at all times and should never be left alone with children (it is very hard to see where you are going in the costume.)

    7. Where possible, the Dewin song should be played before he makes an appearance – but you should prepare the children for the visit before hand, in case some get upset e.g. reading a book from the Dewin series.

    8. Dewin must take extra care when going up/down stairs. Stairs should be avoided if possible.

    9. Dewin can sit on a chair when possible e.g. the chair needs to be big enough and not to low.

    10. Children should not be allowed to sit on the Dewin’s lap (for hygiene reasons!)

    11. Dewin should not come in contact with food or drink (to ensure the costume stays clean)

    12. Taking pictures – every time Dewin visits a cylch you should try to seek publicity, but you must make sure that you have got the request form for taking photographs filled in by parents before taking pictures of the children with Dewin

    13. Even though Dewin is aimed at cylchoedd Meithrin, Dewin can also visit cylchoedd Ti a Fi.

    14. Dewin puppet and Doti soft toy should be out of sight when Dewin appears in the costume – only one Dewin can be present in one place at any one time.
