TermsandconditionsofAdvanceRegistration1. ThatcompanyshallintimatemeabouttheavailabilityofResidentialapartmentwithin12monthsofmy

registrationapplicationmadeherein.

2 That Applicant shall submit an application on prescribed format of the Company for allotment ofresidentialapartmentwithinamonthfromthedateofsuchintimation.

3 Thattheabovesaidadvanceregistrationamountpaidbymewouldbeadjusted/appropriatedagainstthe amount payable by me in future pursuant to your intimation for availability of Residential

apartment.

4 That in the event of said intimation for a Residential apartment ismade tome after 12months,[email protected]%p.a.shallbepaidtomefortheperiodbeyond6monthsfromdatetheamount

5 That in theeventofsaid intimation foraResidentialapartment isnotmade tomewithin12monthsfrom the date ofmy application, thanwe shall have the right towithdrawmy request before the

intimationforaResidentialapartmentismadetomeandaskforrefundbygiving30daysnoticealong

with compensation calculated @7.5% p.a. for the period beyond 6 months from the date of

application.

6 In case theApplicantwishes towithdraw the application prior to 12months, 50% of the advanceregistrationamountwillbeforfeited.

7. TheApplicant(s)understandsandagreesthatincasethefull/completebookingamountisnotreceivedby the company, the provisional bookingmade shall be treated as invalid and cancelled and the

companyshallrefundthepartialbookingamountreceivedtotheApplicant(s)withoutanyinterestafter

deducting theprocessing feeofRs.25,000/.TheApplicant(s)agreesandundertakes thathe shallnot

raiseanyclaim,objection,protestordemuragainstthecancellationoftheApplicationforprovisional

booking/registrationoftheResidentialunit.

8 However, once the company hasmade an invitation/intimation for start of allotment process, I/weforfeittherightofseekingwithdrawal/cancellation.IncaseIforwardsuchanapplicationthecompany

hastherighttoforfeittheentireadvanceregistrationamountpaidbyme.

9 Further no application for withdrawal/cancellation shall be entertained by the company unlessaccompaniedbyNOCfromrespectivechannelpartner/broker(ifapplicable).

10 IftheCompanyisforcedtoabandonthewholeorpartoftheprojectwithinaperiodof12monthsfromthedateoftheapplicationduetoanyreason,thentheCompanysliabilityshallbelimitedtotherefund

of advance registrationamountpaidby the applicant(s)without interestoranyother compensation

whatsoever.

11 This advance registration form does not give Applicant any right to allotment of apartment in anyprojectoftheCompany.TheCompanyreservestherighttorejectmyapplicationwithoutassigningany

reason, inwhich case the Companys liability shall be limited to the refund of advance registration

amountpaidbytheapplicantwithoutinterestoranyothercompensationwhatsoever.
