REGARDING REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT: Refrigeration units are to be used in the recommended ambient temperature as stated by the manufacturer. Failure to do so may cause the equipment to function improperly and/or break down. In such a case, we are in no way responsible for the equipment. Walk-in refrigeration may require additional parts, refrigerant, and labor to be set up for your operation. Equipco USA is not responsible for the cost of such parts and/or labor to install them.

As solder ages, it becomes brittle. Solder holds refrigeration lines together. When older refrigeration is shipped on a truck, it usually bounces a bit. The bouncing and vibrations may cause the brittle solder to allow a refrigerant leak. We are not responsible for any refrigeration repairs.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR CANCELLATIONS.

• However, if there is an issue, we will be happy to investigate the situation. You must contact us in writing within three (3) days of receiving the equipment to explain the circumstances.

• Equipco USA will not be responsible for labor costs involved with repairs; but parts may be covered within seven (7) days of receiving the equipment.

• Equipco USA is not responsible for any costs involved with repairs done to the equipment without our prior approval.

• We do not pay for, or reimburse for, the installation of equipment or for equipment to be "checked over" by a professional service.

• For approved returns, the buyer must arrange return shipping. Equipco USA is not responsible for returning the item to us. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The item cost, less 25% restocking fee, will be refunded after the equipment has been returned to us and meets our inspection.

• We do not accept the return of items damaged during shipment. The customer is responsible for keeping the equipment and filing a damage claim. We will refuse any return of damaged goods; therefore the buyer would be liable for any additional shipping and/or storage charges.

METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE: PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER

• If you are the successful bidder/buyer, please follow through with the transaction to fulfill your part. Please ensure that all your questions are answered before bidding. Know the handling, packing and shipping charges, residential shipment, lift-gate service and applicable sales tax. Please call us at 1-888-378-4702 if you have any questions.

• We request that payment be made within 48 hours from your purchase.

• If the item is not paid after 48 hours from the end of the purchase, we will have eBay to send a notice reminding the customer that we have not received payment.

• After 4 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item. Moreover, we will report to eBay.

• All orders for new equipment are on a prepaid basis. We will process your credit card payment immediately in full. After payment has been processed, we will direct our warehouse or vendors to ship the order.

• The preferred method of payment is PayPal. You can also pay us with a major credit card via PayPal.

• We only accept credit cards drawn from U.S. Banks. Some exceptions may be made for Canadian, Mexican and other overseas customers.

• Money orders and Certified Bank Checks are also accepted. Once the money order/check clears, we will process and ship your order immediately.

PACKING, SHIPPING AND FLORIDA SALES TAX

• Items shipped within State of Florida are subject to 6% Florida Sales Tax.

• Orders are usually shipped about 2-10 business days after fund is transferred, unless otherwise noted in the item's listing. However, due to potential stock issues, new items may occasionally take longer to ship. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME.

• We can arrange shipping, crating and packaging of your order.

• All shipping and handling charges must be paid at the time of purchase as shipping is prepaid.

• The Company neither accepts responsibility for crating and packaging performance, nor damage to merchandise after it leaves our warehouse or that of our suppliers.

• If damage is sustained during shipping, we will assist you with the damage claim with the freight carrier. However, filing of damage claims with the freight carrier and following up with them is the sole responsibility of the customer.

NOTE: Damage claims may take up to 120 days or longer to resolve.

IMPORTANT NOTE: DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE MUST BE DOCUMENTED WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER UPON DELIVERY AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE FREIGHT CARRIER'S CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.

• Standard packing for heavy items consists of securing the item to a pallet with metal/plastic strapping, plastic wrap, bubble wrap (depending on the item), and warning labeling, providing significant deterrent to damage.

• Standard packing charges DO NOT include additional protective crating or box construction. These services are available at an additional charge.

• We offer curbside delivery. Inside delivery is subject to additional charges.

CUSTOMER PICK UPS

Most used items purchased are available for pick up at our Margate, Florida warehouse, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (please note that we are closed on most holidays). Our friendly warehouse staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle.

WE WILL DISCOUNT THE PALLETING FEE BY 50% IF PICKED UP.

IMPORTANT NOTE: SECURING OF THE LOAD IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF LOADS THAT ARE IMPROPERLY OR INADEQUATELY SECURED.

• All customer pick-ups are subject to 6% Florida Sales Tax.

• Customers picking up larger items such as Walk-in refrigeration are subject to a loading fee.

• Due to limited warehouse space, we request that you make arrangements to pick up your item(s) as early as possible.

• All items not picked up within 30 days will incur a storage charge of $30.00 per item, per month or a portion thereof.

• All items not picked up within 60 days from close of auction/purchase will be canceled and disposed of.Money paid related to these items will be forfeited.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have an issue, please allow us an opportunity to address your concerns before posting a negative feedback. We make every effort to maintain happy customers and aggressively address your concerns to mutual satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Our customer service and accounting staff work hard to process orders and answer your questions as quickly as possible. If the customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways, and a 25% restocking fee. No exceptions will be made unless an agreement is reached between the Company and the customer prior to time of delivery.

If the buyer thinks there is a misrepresentation regarding the item or its condition in our posting, or Terms and Conditions, the buyer must communicate with the seller why he or she thinks there is a misrepresentation. The seller will review the facts and make a decision regarding the alleged misrepresentation. If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund only the bid/purchase amount of the merchandise upon its return to our facility and freight paid by the buyer. Wewill not refund packing or shipping charges. The buyer agrees to accept the seller's decision.
