TM media utilizes a zwitterionic buffered medium, formulated with best-quality Type 1 tissue culture grade water, with Kanamycin Sulfate as a preservative and PVA as the surfactant. Cryopreservation

Specially designed and developed by Partnar Animal Health! The box is specially lined with high density foam to maintain an ideal environment for freezing straws. Place the unique freeze rack into the floating tray in the box. Lay the sealed straws to be frozen on the rack. Pour liquid nitrogen into the freeze box. The tray will float, but the temperature in the box from the nitrogen vapours will be sufficient to flash freeze the semen in the straws. They can then be stored and shipped or kept in the regular liquid nitrogen tanks.
