The EB-1410Wi and EB-1400Wi are Epson’s new interactive meeting room projectors. Easy-to-install and projecting up to a 100-inch screen, they combine the benefits of ultra-short-throw projectors, interactive whiteboards and paper flipcharts in one multi-purpose system. These models can be connected to a computer or used PC-free, thanks to a variety of advanced features for flexible presenting.

When connected to a computer, users can fully interact with computer software using the interactive pens – the same way they would with a mouse – as well as annotate notes on the digital projection.

Thanks to PC-free interactivity, users can annotate on images from a variety of sources, such as USB memory sticks, visualisers and smart devices. As the projected screen is filled with meeting notes, users can click through to a new page, with capacity for up to 50 pages per meeting available.

Once meetings have finished, notes can be saved and shared to office networks, USB memory sticks, or sent out by email. These projectors are compatible with most office printers, including the Epson WorkForce Pro series, so notes can easily be printed out. For added security, USB access can be disabled to comply with corporate information security policies. Notes saved can also be password-protected, to ensure information is kept confidential.

The multi-location function allows up to four networked projection systems to be connected at the same time. Participants can annotate on the same image remotely, encouraging a more collaborative approach to discussion-making.

With the intuitive and user-friendly on-screen tool bar, these devices require no specific training to use. Users can confidently present using the advanced features, knowing they are in complete control and businesses are able to streamline meetings more efficiently.
