Project Overview: Upgraded current Click Schedule and Click Mobile Classic users to
Field Service Edge (FSE) with new Epoch Field maps. Also deployed new touch screen
mobile platforms for Windows 10 and iOS to gas field organization.
Benefits: Improved speed, functionality, and maps.
Impacted Groups: ~700 Ameren gas employees, including service technicians, leak
surveyors, journeyman, engineers, storage operators, supervisors, etc.
Dates: In-Service Date: 08/2018. Rollout complete 11/2018

Mobile Map Viewer (MMV)
Project Overview: Replaces current Byers map viewer with new Epoch maps for
electric distribution employees. Byers will no longer be functional post
implementation of the Digital Field Experience.
Benefits: With Epoch Field, updates will occur on a regular cadence (much more
frequently than quarterly). This will allow for a time savings, reduced frustration, and
increase safety.
Impacted Groups: ~1,800 Ameren employees across IL and MO. Includes electric
journeyman, metering, first responders, designers, engineers, supervisors, etc.
Dates: Estimated In-Service – 11/2019. Rollout complete Q2 2020.

Project Overview: Substation, Relay, and Transmission will implement IBM Maximo,
Click Software, and Epoch Field solutions. Field employees will receive touch screen
mobile devices.
Benefits: Reduced manual & repetitive processes, mobile capabilities, scheduling and
organizational tool. Increased productivity, route optimization, and job bundling.
Impacted Groups: ~700 Ameren employees. Includes relay technician, substation
journeyman, transmission lineman, engineers, supervisors, etc.
Dates: Estimated In-Service – 12/2019. Rollout complete Q2 2020.

organizational tool. Increased productivity, route optimization, and job bundling.
Impacted Groups: ~1500 Ameren employees. Includes technician, journeyman,
lineman, engineers, supervisors, etc. – full user spectrum
Dates: Estimated In-Service – 12/2020. Rollout complete Q2 2021.
