1.0 SUMMARY EPM 25966, “Bulldog” was granted on the 24th of December 2015 to Pinnacle Gold P/L in respect of 26 sub-blocks. Pinnacle Gold Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of DGR Global Ltd. The tenement is 30km south of Charters Towers in North Queensland. Pinnacle Gold is exploring for gold in the Charters Towers region. Pinnacle have a package of 5 granted tenements just south of Charters Towers. The EPM forms part of a Pinnacle project designed to explore for gold deposits that are
within trucking distance of treatment mills in the Charters Towers area. It is believed that
there is an opportunity to emulate the Western Australian goldfields in that even relatively
small discoveries can be commercially developed using toll milling at the existing mines.
There are extensive areas of high gold geochemistry in this EPM that have had only sparse follow up work. Previous exploration has been inconclusive. During the first year, only desktop reviews were carried out. Sampling work continued on three other tenements nearby. During the second year, only desktop reviews were carried out. During the third year, 1,084 soil samples have been collected for assay. A renewal application and a 10 sub-block relinquishment was submitted in September 2018. At the time of writing drilling is currently underway on adjacent tenements owned by Pinnacle.
2.0 INTRODUCTION 2.1 Resource Authority Information
EPM 25966, “Bulldog” was granted on the 24th of December 2015 to Pinnacle Gold P/L in respect of 26 sub-blocks for a period of 3 years.
Pinnacle Gold Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of DGR Global Ltd.
A renewal application and a 10 sub-block relinquishment was submitted in September 2018. This Partial Relinquishment Report deals with work carried out on the relinquished sub-blocks since grant and is presented in fulfilment of the statutory conditions attached to the Permit.
2.2 General Area Information
The tenement is 30km south of Charters Towers in North Queensland.
2.3 Location map
Figure 1 – Location of EPM 25966
2.4 Regional Geology
Geological Setting The tenement is situated in the Charters Towers Province which lies within the Thomson Orogen. The Charters Towers Gold Field lies within the older granodioritic phases of the 455-385 Ma Ravenswood Batholith. The auriferous lodes are cut by Carboniferous dykes and are absent from the adjacent Middle Devonian sediments.

3.0 TECHNICAL SUMMARY
3.1 Exploration rationale
There are extensive areas of high gold stream sediment geochemistry in this EPM that have had only sparse follow up work. Previous exploration has been inconclusive.
3.2 Previous Work by Competitor Companies
There are extensive areas of high gold geochemistry in this EPM and others nearby which have had only sparse follow up work. Previous exploration has been inconclusive. This company has carried out compilation desk top reviews of historical data to optimise first pass surface sampling results.

3.3 Work in Reporting Period and discussion
During the third year, 1,084 soil samples have been collected for assay. A renewal application and a 10 sub-block relinquishment was submitted in September 2018. At the time of writing drilling is currently underway on adjacent tenements owned by Pinnacle. Soil sampling is on-going with in-fill samples being collected across the anomalous prospects. These are Lighthorse, Laura and Bulldog prospects. Appendix 1 contains the results of the soil sampling assays, some results are not yet at hand.

3.4 Reason for Relinquishment
As a condition of the permit, 40% of sub-blocks are surrendered after 3 years.

4.0 Future work programs
Soil sampling is on-going and expected to continue across into the new tenement year.
Geological mapping is planned by a senior geologist.
