AndI'mabigskier.AndI'vealwaysusedfoamrollers,andI'veusedlacrosseballs,andI'veusedtennisballs.AndgoingintothisclasswasthefirsttimethatIhadrolledinasuperdeliberateway,thatIhadproperlytimeditwithbreath,thatIhadworkedthrougheachmusclegroupinapropersequence.AndIcameoutofthisclass,saying,rollingisreally,Ithinkthenextbigtrendinfitness.It'satthestagethatstationarybikeswereatwhereeverybody'sgottheseuglythingsscatteredaroundtheirhouse.Andthenwithstationarybikes,youstartedhavingspinclassandthey'restartingtobesomerollingclassesalittlebit,butthey'resortofeithergeriatricorverymedicalorphysicaltherapyoriented.AndthenSoulCyclecamealongandthenPelotoncamealong,andIjustsawthistrendandIwaslike,Ithinkrollingcouldbenext,butthereisn'tanythingthatIwannarollwith.Youknow,lacrosseballspickuptonsofdirtandhaironthefloor,andtheideaofafoamroller,puttingfoamonyourskinjustseemscontrarytowhatIbelievein.

Addie:Totally.Ikindofbringmyballseverywherenow.Itravelwiththemlikeyou,whenI'minthecar,whenI'monaplane.Inourballset,sowe'vegottwosortoflargerballs,thesizeofalacrosseball,butthenwhatwealsohaveisthisminiball.Andtheminiballmightbemyfavoritethingintheworld.SotheminiballIdesignedbasedoffofmyobsessionwithChinesereflexology.Iliterallyhadamassageaddiction,andwegothreetofivetimesaweektogetChinesemassage.Sotheminiballbasicallydoesself-reflexology.SoIsitwiththeminiballmostoftheday.IactuallyhaveoneinmyhandrightnowasI'mtalkingtoyou,andIrollmyhands.Irollmyface,IrollmyITbandout,Iputthemunderneathmyfeet,andallthosethingsyou'rehitting,allofthedifferentreflexologypointswhichinteractwithallthedifferentorgansinyourbody.Ipersonallyjustthinkitenhancesmyday.
