Instructions: • The record jacket is simply a flat bag cut down so it is square. Mine is

5” x 5” • Stamp earphones and dots on record jacket front using Crumb Cake

ink • Place 2 1/8” circle die right in the center of bag and die cut out (save

the middle circles of bag) • Use a circle that was just cut out and trace an arc at the top of the

bag. Cut just the front part of bag following your pencil line. • Stamp epic sentiment in Bermuda Bay ink on to bag circle that was die

cut out • Use 1 1/4” Circle Punch to punch out sentiment. It is hard to punch

this thin paper, so put a post it note behind it to make it thicker. • Adhere this to Bermuda Bay 1 3/8” circle cardstock • Adhere punched black cardstock (Classic Label Punch) behind

Bermuda Bay circle • Adhere this piece to the front of the record jacket, using Dimensionals • To assemble record, stack and adhere the black circles on top of each

other, lining up the center circles • The top circle will be Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper

• Flip the record over and stamp Happy Birthday on the back in White Craft ink
