Mr. Sinha is B.E. (Mechanical), Bangalore University, MBA (Marketing), Jamnalal Bajajinstitute of Management Studies, Mumbai and Post Graduate Diploma in BusinessTransformation Management specializing in Quality Management, TQM from Aptech School ofManagement, Mumbai. He has vast industry experience of more than eighteen years in thefield of quality and ISO related standards. He has been instrumental in implementingsuccessfully ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. ISO 17025 in more than 800organizations of various industries. He is also STQC-CISP (STQC, A Govt. of IndiaOrganization & CISP Certified Information Security Professional) for BS 7799 Information

Security Management Systems.

5. Verify & validate the system designed through audits.

6. Assist, if required in certification through an accreditation agency of your choice.

3.0 ISO9001:2008IMPLEMENTATIONAPPROACH

i) Draft copies of quality procedures, quality manual and templates to be prepared by us in

consultation with your process owners,

finalization & freezing of these documents.

Terms and conditions:

1. The confirmation will be through a Work Order indicating the mutually agreed scope of

work along with the advance amount.

2. The payments will be made by Cheque/DD drawn at Mumbai in favour of Menet

Consulting.

3. The above fee only covers our consultancy fee. The cost of certification and licence fee of

certification agency is not covered in this proposal.

4. A 10.3 % service tax will be payable as per Govt of India regulations.

Your Organizations Requirements:

1. An open and a committed approach and thorough involvement at regular intervals from

top management of EACH ONE TEACH ONE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION.

2. The employees cooperation and their time involvement on an average 06 hours a week.
