• Mechanism of outbreak, disaster-causing of invasive organisms and regulation.

Exploitation and application of preventative controlling resources of tropical agricultural organisms

淡紫拟青菌是一种环境友好型的生物

杀虫剂，富含多种活性物质和植物生长素，

对香蕉、番茄、辣椒、茄子等果蔬根结线

虫病具有良好的防治作用，且在杀虫的同

时，又能为作物提供营养，促进植物生长。

淡紫拟青霉的菌丝能分泌几丁质酶、蛋白

酶和细胞壁裂解酶等酶类，借助机械压力，

破坏线虫卵壳的几丁质，菌丝得以穿透卵

壳，以卵内物质为养料大量繁殖，使卵内

的细胞和早期胚胎受到破坏，不能孵出幼

虫，同时分泌有机酸等毒素杀死二龄幼虫。
