ENVI ALKALI SEALER

Envi Alkali Sealeris a quality wall primer paint that is very useful to prepare the pores of wall surface thus wall

paint consumption become more economic and the result has brighter colour appearance and better alkali

resistance mainly upon new wall surface in interior and exterior.

DIRECTION OF USE :

All surfaces to be painted must be cleaned up well. Ensure wall surface is dry enough (for new wall suface,

maximum water content is 18% an pH 8). For old wall surface, old paint which has flaked and chalked must have

scrubbing first. If needed, sand with sand paper until smooth then flush with water to remove dusts, oils, and

other impurities. Afterwards give one-coat of Envi Alkali Sealer thoroughlyto all surfaces. For the best result, use

minimum 2 coats of finish paint.

APPLICATION METHOD :

With Brush, Roller, Spray

PRODUCT NOTIFICATION :

Drying time is 1-2 hour before next coat, with optimum coverage 8-10 m2/kg per coat depends on porosity of wall

surface. Dilution with 20% normal water for brush or application and 30% for spray application.

DO NOT USE CHEAP WALL FILLER WITH BAD ADHESION FOR SMOOTING WALL SURFACE.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION :

Container must be closed tightly and avoid to contact with eyes. Ensure good air circulation while painting.

Always use clean water for all equipments. Dispose all remained materials only in places that allowed by existing

rules.
