The course culminates in Pitch Night that puts student teams in front of investors to pitch their innovave ideas and compete to win funding to turn their business plans into reality! Opportunies for Business and Community Leaders to Contribute to Student Success Volunteer Mentors provide year-long guidance to student teams through the process of ideaon, market research, and business plan development. Guest Speakers share their business experse on a variety of topics including customer segmenta- on, market sizing, website creaon, legal concepts, sales, and more! Field Experience Hosts provide an engaging tour and industry specific guidance to student teams looking to gain praccal feedback as they create their business. Program Sponsors provide funding to enhance student learning in and out of the classroom, for the Pitch Night event, and invest in student-developed products/services.
