reports from disparate sources with a single and consistent user
interface Enable consumers to organize and catalog the reports into
logical structures Enables users to personalize the reports using
favorites and thumbnails, docking/undocking of the report panes
Supports built-in authentication and authorization model using
Windows AD Groups Provides admin Module to perform CRUD operations
on Environment, Catalog and Report Metadata Provides ability to
list reports which user cannot access and configure a report as

CBI Scope CBI Scope Defined Microsoft provide a Pilot/POC
implementation of CBI Portal Intellectual Property. (Refer to SOW
section 1.2.2 for Capabilities and Limitations) Create a vision and
develop an IU specific high level architecture plan. Microsoft and
IU Lead Architect will provide high level guidance on possible
approaches in implementation of the CBI. Explore delivered features
as result of Pilot implementation and discover feasibility through
analysis. Microsoft provide a knowledge transfer by the means of
architecture and design document, meetings and collaboration with
Indiana University Technical team. Excludes any specific training
on Microsoft Technologies and/or documentation/samples of
