Technicians on Board: José Raimundo Jr, Paulo Cesar, Sidiomar Rosa Client Representative: Renata Rodrigues Dates of Project: 06/18/12 to 06/27/12 Project Workscope: I.R.M. were requested to carry out a Flare Boom Weld Repair on behalf of Ensco onboard the Ensco 5002 This was carried out during the period of June 2012. I.R.M would like to take this opportunity to thank all crew involved for their assistance throughout this busy operational period. Project Summary: It was carried out Installation of Walkways Grating of STBD side, Port side and R eset Flare Boom Reduction of size 5000mm to 3740mm. All of these were inspected in accordance with ASME V, ASTME 1444/709, ASTME 165, API, ABS, DNV or BV which ever was applicable for the correct tool. Signed on behalf of I.R.M:
