    RATIONALE

    Much of the disharmony in the workplace and in our own personallives is brought about by our living day in and day out of the sameold paradigms that either have not worked or may have workedbefore but are not anymore applicable. In doing so, life becomesan activity removed from the spark that would have spurred itinto fruitful undertakings.

    Productivity coupled with a sense of direction and firm convictionis and can only be achieved if to a greater extent we enhance thequality of life of an individual. It is not just about raising the costof living that matters. Over and above it, what is essential is tounderstand that there is something beyond work and day-to-dayliving which bind all of these together and make it more

    meaningful and fulfilling.

    This program then envisions to do just that: to enhance life anddrive it forward onto a healthier paradigm and a values-orientedlifestyle.
