The Giant Panda is one of the rarest animals in the world. It is a species of bear and is found only in China.They are solitary animals, living alone in the bamboo forests. They are black and white animals with roundheads, small black ears and white faces. They have a black patch around each eye. They have short tails. Giant Pandas live in bamboo forests in the mountains of western China. The forests are very thick and thePandas are hidden from views, so it has been hard for scientists to learn about them. This lack of knowledgeadds to the difficulty of saving the Pandas. Once they were found throughout China, but this bamboo forestsin eastern China have been cut down for farming, Pandas cannot live

Read the passage. A Farmer planted a lovely patch of new crops. To protect the crops, he placed netting over all the crops. The netting ended up capturing a few cranes that were trying to eat the seed. A crane hurt his leg badly when trying to escape the net. The Stork pleaded with the Farmer to release him.“Please save me from the netting, Sir,” he said, “and free just this time. Please be kind for my leg is broken.
