Build a walking escalator in housing area. So that they can throw the rubbish on the walking escalator. The escalator will connected to the waste management centre.

• Water resources management is the control of water usage and also the quality of water. Many cities have departments that will test the quanlity of water at treatment plants.

• Water is a unique substance.
