Year – 1: Class XI ( session – 1 ) : The Course shall start from 12th May 2018 and continue till 10th Feb 2019 completing the entire

portions of class XI. The students can be free after 10th Feb 2019 to prepare for their class XI final exams.

After their public exams these students can rejoin from 1st week of April 2019 to pursue syllabus of class XII.

Year – 2 : Class XII ( session – 2 ) : The syllabus of class XII will be completed by November 2019. The class XII syllabus will be revised from

December 2019 to Feb 2020. After Feb 2020 the students can prepare for their class XII final exams.

FOR +2 CLASS SEMI CRASH COURSE (STUDENTS STUDYING IN XII)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF FEES 1. Course fee(with no installment facility) has to be paid in full as cash / DD /

Pay order / Net banking / credit / debit card payment favoring SPIRO

SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Students who join other courses need to pay the fees in the form of cash / DD / Pay order / Net banking / credit / debit card payment during admission No Outstation / Local Cheques will be accepted. If Cheques are accepted at our Local Centre only CTS 2010 Cheques will be accepted as per guidelines provided by RBI.

3. The course (which has installment paying facility) fee can be paid as cash

/ DD / Pay order / Net banking / credit / debit card payment for the first

installment and as Postdated cheques for the rest of the installments. The

Institute shall not accept outstation cheques. However, at par clearing

cheques will be accepted against postdated local cheques

4. No cheques can be accepted for all delayed payments and in such cases

only cash / DD / Pay order / Net banking / credit / debit card payment is

accepted.

only for certain centers.

6. A discount of 5% on tuition fee is given to students who pay 100% of the

full course fee in one go.

Refund Policy for Classroom Courses

No refund of any fee will be entertained under normal circumstances. If by any

genuine reason, a student withdraws from the Institution, then the following rules

will apply.

(a) No refund of Admission Fee shall be made for any student for any

course under any circumstances whatsoever. It is towards

administrative expenses incurred by the company. (b) No refund will be made under any circumstances after joining the

Short Term Classroom Courses.

(c) If any student pays the fee for any course other than Short Term

Classroom Courses and wants to withdraw/ask for refund before

the commencement of classes/course from the institute, then only

the installment amount paid will be returned along with Post Dated

Cheques(PDCs). (d) If a student of any course other than Short Term Classroom Courses,

leaves the classes / institute within 10 days from the date of

commencement of the classes/course in the institute due to whatever

reason, the entire 1st Installment paid will be refunded along with

PDCs submitted, if any .

(e) If a student of any course other than Short Term Classroom

Courses, leaves the classes/institute within 20 days from the date

of commencement of the classes/course from the institute due to

whatever reason, 75% of the 1st Installment paid will be refunded

along with PDCs

(f) If any student leaves the classes/institute after 20 days from the

date of commencement of the classes/course from the Institute

due to whatever reason, then no refund is given on any fee. Only

the PDCs (if any) which have not been encashed on the date of

refund application shall be returned.

(g) If any student drops in between the session and asks for refund,

he/she will be refunded as per refund policy.

“Pro-rata calculation is done taking into account the number of days a student

attended the classes i.e., from the date of starting of the batch to the date of

submission of application of refund”.

For example, a course starts on 4th July and a student joins on 16th July and

he continues to attend the classes and the last lecture which he attended was

on14thNovember and if he had submitted refund application on 13th December,

then the number of days to be counted will be from 4th July to 13th December

= 163 days. It is multiplied by fee for one day which is calculated by

dividing course tuition fee by no. of days from the starting of course to the

ending date of course as per prospectus.

For the Purpose of Calculation of Refund:

a. The date of commencement of the batch will be considered and not the

date of joining of any student in the Institute.

b. Parents must insist for receipt of refund application from the front office.

The date of submission of refund application will be considered and not

by the number of classes attended by the student or from the date the

student stopped coming to the Institute.

Service Tax

Service Tax will have to be paid by all students and it will be as per Governments’

order. If at any point of time, the Government further increases service tax, (existing

rate of service tax is 15%) the extra amount of service tax will be borne by the students

from the date of enforcement of the act.
