Cross-linkable ThermoplasticsThis unique te chnology enhances the mechanical, thermal, electrical, and chemical performance of standard engineering thermoplastics like PA 6, PA 66, PPA, PBT, etc. allowing manufacturers to meet more demanding require-ments. Cross-linkable materials are readily processed using standard thermoplastic molding equipment and tooling. Cross-linking offers up to 40% cost savings versus exotic resins like PEEK, PPS and LCP. Products: Creamid® V and Createc® V

Sustainable SolutionsTeknor Apex can match the performance of standard materials with sustainable alternatives. We offer a broad portfolio of sustainable alternatives to PA 6 and PA 66, including solutions containing: post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, post-in-dustrial recycled (PIR) content or bio-based materials derived from renewable resources. Specialty blends are also available to address the most demanding performance and aesthetic requirements, while still meeting sustainability goals. Products: Recyclon®

Specialty Polymer BlendsOur specialty blends combine multiple polymers to achieve hybrid properties not available from a single resin. Drawing from a wide palette of amorphous and semi-crystalline polymers, specialty additives and reinforcements, we opti-mize formulations to meet unique requirements. Our portfolio includes: PC+ABS, PC+PBT, PA+ABS, PP+ABS, and more.

Products: Creablend

Flame Retardant Solutions Designed to meet the demands of the Electric and Electronic (E&E) industry; Teknor Apex FR solutions range from haloge-nated to non-halogenated systems, and can be customized to meet unique performance requirements. Products: Creamid® FR and Crealen FR

Extrusion-grade PolyamidesExtrusion-grade polyamides based on PA 6 and PA 66 are engineered to deliver the optimum balance of flexibility, tensile strength, and melt strength. For applications requir-ing even more flexibility and improved chemical resistance, extrusiongrades based on PA 610 and PA 612 are available. Products: Chemlon® EXT

Overmolding Solutions With expertise in compounding both thermoplastic elastomers and engineering thermoplastics, Teknor Apex is your premier partner for the most challenging overmolding designs.

Products: Creamid®, Chemlon®, Creablend

ENHANCED TECHNOLOGIESWe combine a broad product portfolio with advanced modification technologies to deliver unmatched value to our customers. This unique expertise is what differentiates us from most other material providers; be it large resin companies or a regional compounder.

Over 2500 hard/soft material combinations tested internally.
