The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of projects to improve product quality and plant reliability. The selected candidate will be responsible to develop an understanding of the problem, develop and evaluate potential solutions and develop detailed scope of work for the preferred solution and work with unit resources for project implementation. Job Requirements The preferred candidate will be a 2015 graduate with an engineering degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. The candidate will have a strong aptitude, a dedication to continuous improvement, be self-motivated
