We are currently looking for a motivated chemical/mechanical engineering graduate to work in Sarnia in

our rubber manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of

projects to improve product quality and plant reliability. The selected candidate will be responsible to

develop an understanding of the problem, develop and evaluate potential solutions and develop detailed

scope of work for the preferred solution and work with unit resources for project implementation.Job Requirements

The preferred candidate will be a 2015 graduate with an engineering degree in Chemical or

Mechanical Engineering.

The candidate will have a strong aptitude, a dedication to continuous improvement, be self-motivated•

and have good communication skills (verbal & written) in order to interact with all levels of personnel in

a plant environment.
