Under the name of ‘ZZ Antriebe’, the ZZ ENGINEERING is a group of experienced engineers, technicians and technical draftsmen, who are capable of a wide variety of development, engineering and design in the fields of dimensioning the toothing, producing gears for series production or special single gears. The knowledge of toothing dimensioning and gear mechanism technology in theory, calculation, application and production, allows us to offer on the market technically matured and economically suitable solutions for all gear problems.

OuR STRENGTHWe offer our competence for the support and in solving drive tasks, with particular attention to small and medium-sized companies and as a decisive factor for the success in finding a solution, work closely together with the customer. The knowledge of economic processing and a direct access to the in-house production allows us, apart from the engineering, to also finish our products, assemble and test the final product within the existing possibilities.

OuR CALCuLATION AND SIMuLATION POSSIBILITIESWe work continuously with 3D-CAD systems with an integrated CAM process, that allows us to create models of the components oriented toward customer requirements, together with FEM-support and practice-oriented simulation. For non-uniform gear ratio mechanisms, cams and gears, calculations are made taking into account marginal conditions relevant to the process, according to the positional, speed and acceleration rules of movement.

Because of our competence and flexibility, we are the ideal partner for applications in plant designing and mechanical engineering, in the printing and packaging industries, in machine tool engineering, in the assembly and handlings area, for special applications and all complex systems in industrial automation.
