A. Objective
ENGIE direct is an innovative communication tool at the Client’s service, which through Internet allows: . To consult documents related to coverage and exploitation of contract related to Client of ENGIE, . To consult the planning of services, . To issue intervention requests, . To issue quotation requests, . To consult and accept modification requests or refuse quotations proposed by
ENGIE.
Special profiles could be created upon the user’s needs. Different modules and/or functionalities of tools are configured according to access rights.

B. Connection to ENGIE direct
1. Connection
Connect to ENGIE direct with the following steps:
. Launch an Internet navigator.
. Enter the URL of connection that was communicated during sending of login
and password . Add this address to your favorites for further usage
. Type login and password
. Press on the « OK » button

2. Users Profile
The personal data of the user can be changed by clicking on the your account link:
The following screen appears for « Profile » modification :
Click on the send button to save
the data
It is possible to change the language of the application
Click on « log off » at the end of the session .

C. Request an intervention
1. Requests included in contract
To create an intervention request there are two possible choices.
Click afterwards successively on the icons behind which the lists of requests of
possible interventions are registered : Level 1 and Level 2.
Select your navigation choice (Country, Entity, Site, Facility)

Ex: After the icons Level 1 and 2 have been selected, the screen
« New Request» will appear.

Access by the quick requests menu
Access by the detailed menu bar by clicking on the icon « Requests ».

The fields with asterisks are mandatory. COFELTdirect allows at the same time to do an intervention request :
By indentifing a different location from the one used usually by the requestor:

.For a third person who doesn’t have a login to connect
After the intervention request has been registered, press « Next »: the summary screen will appear to confirm the request.
Click « Previous » to return to the previous page and complete or modify the request
Click on « Confirm » to complete the request.
Click on « For someone else »

2. Requests out of scope
The creation of an out of scope request uses the same process as a normal intervention request.
On the second screen, choose in a drop-down list,« Request » and « Detailed request » corresponding to an out of scope request.

3. How to consult the requests
Choose the « All requests » tab
Click on the number of the request to visualise the request in detail. Printing and/or export to excel file are possible.
Click on the icon « Requests »
Select your navigation choice (Country, Entity, Site, Facility)
Export to excel file or print the list

The list of the requests sent in one month (default display period) will appear. It is possible to increase the period of research:
An attached document can be added to the request in the process of waiting for validation or request recorded :

D. Works module
The list of quotations is displayed for a default period (use the search bar to change the range of dates). Click on the « estimate number ».With correct access rights, the quotation can be accepted, declined or a chance request can be made.
With the correct access rights, The user
can « validate » the quotations. He can accept, refuse or
request a modification on the individual
quotation.
Documents linked to the quotation are can be added by the user.

E. Electronic document management
1. How to upload a document
1. In the UK folder, choose the directory where the document should be loaded
2. Click on the icon to upload the document A new screen will appear:

3. Choose the document with the button « Search» 4. Type a phrase to complete the naming of document in the field “Document description” 5. Click on the next button to complete the action
By clicking on this icon you can create an alert by mail, informing you whn a document has been deposed.

2. How to find a document
It is possible to look for documents by different criteria, in the research area, and you can choose a period range.
6. Choose the sites on the left you that you wish to upload the document. Use the arrows left and right to select all sites or some sites
7. Press confirm to complete the upload
