Project Execution and DeliveryEngenium was formed to focus on project delivery. Its core strengths are in project management, engineering, procurement and construction management services. Our aim is to meet the needs of our mining and resource Clients from mine to port, by offering a range of services to assist them in the delivery of their projects from concept through to execution.

Since its inception, Engenium’s project management expertise has been at the forefront of every project. Scoping and Feasibility Study ManagementEngenium has developed a solid reputation for the successful management of scoping, feasibility and definitive studies for our mining and resource Clients.

Engenium have taken emerging producers from the study phase through to production and have the practical experience, industry knowledge and relationships to assess, select and define a practical and realistic project development business case.

The key to our success is our holistic understanding of the metallurgy, mining, processing, product transport, port logistics, supporting infrastructure and government approvals to identify a viable project.
