Remuneration:

Essential Qualification:
1. Graduate with B.Ed. Special Education
or
2. REd. General with one year Diploma in Special Education
or
3. REd. General with two years Diploma in Special Education
or
4. REd. General with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in
Special
Education PGPD
or
5. REd. Special Education and Post Graduate Professional
Certificate in Special
Education PGPC
or
6. PG Diploma in Special Education Multi Disability: .Physical
Neurological
or
7. PG Diploma in Special Education Locomotors Impairment and
Cerebral Palsy
or
8. Secondary level Teacher Training Course in Visual
Impairment
or
9. Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf
or
10. BA, REd. in Visual Impairment
or
Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI
Teacher Eligibility Test TET is compulsory
Desirable: He/she must have experience of teaching of Children
with Special Needs at
secondary stage.
In Visual Impairment VI participant should know the knowledge of
Braille
In Hearing Impairment HI participant should know the knowledge
of Sign Language

Age of the candidate should be between 18 to 45 years Relaxable
for five years for Schedule
Castes and Schedule Tribes .
The candidates thus selected shall be paid consolidated
remuneration as shown against the
post by School Management Committee SMC . No other allowance
will be admissible.
However, extension may be granted for next year on the basis of
performance in previous
year. After completion of the project, the engagement will stand
automatically terminated.
Further the contract will be entered into with respect to
specific school but the State Project
Director SSAlRMSA / District Project Officer SSAlRMSA / Deputy
Directors can assign
additional schools also to the concerned Special Educator for
taking care of Children With
Special Need in these schools as per terms as are deemed fit.
The candidate may be
transferred to any schoollblockldistrict of Himachal
Pradesh.
However, the candidate is free to apply for more than one
identified school in different
districts. In case the candidate applying for posts located in
different district he/she will have
to submit separate application for each district. Preference
will be given to the Bonafide
Residents of Himachal Pradesh.
Interested candidates should send their resume/ curricula vitae/
bio-data neatly
written /typed on plain paper along with two passport size
photographs and photocopies of
testimonials showing eligibility/additional qualification to the
office of the District Project
Officer, SSAIRMSA- cum- Principal, DIET of the concerned
district latest by 10th August,
2014. Incomplete applications will be rejected and applications
received after due date will
not be entertained.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates called for the
interview. The interview committee
reserves the right to reject any or all applications and also
not to fill up the post without
