Grade 1: English Language Arts: Listening and Learning Strand. Domain 1: Fables and Stories Overview - Domain 1: Fables and Stories Houghton Mifflin Harcourt’s Journeys Common Core encourages

students to acquire language competence through listening and reading activities that center on different domains.
