HSE Management
Zorlu Industrial adopts “Zero Accident” philosophy and implements Health and Safety, Environment (HSE) policy and go-als to protect all employees and shareholders working at Zorlu Enerji offices, construction sites and related facilities. This policy and goals include every kind of environmental impact that may result during project activities.
HSE Management System is based on the standards of ISO 14001 Environment Management System and OHSAS
18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System including compliance with the HSE regulations.
Zorlu Industrial is conscious of a part of organizational culture of issues about Health, Safety and Environment to
have a performance of world class in all projects that are carried out.
Integrated Management System
Optimisation of human resources and integration of information and compe-tence are developed and implemented with Integrated Management System
(Quality, Health and Safety, Environment) adopted by Zorlu Enerji.
Zorlu Enerji has designed and implemented an Integrated Management System (Quality, Health and Safety, Environment) which is a systematic
process including objectives, plans, resources, actions, results and relevant analyses obtained through the participation of all involved people.
Zorlu Enerji is certified for ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 Standards.
Quality Management
Zorlu Industrial has established a Quality Management System based on minimum bureaucracy and documentation, imple-
mentation and quick decision making. This properties had been successfully integrated into Quality Management
System based on administration and process appro-ach.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System is used as an important tool for the continuous
assurance and improvement of Zorlu Enerji’s Quality Management System.
The certification bodies perform periodical audits for the
continuation of the validity of the ISO 9001 certificate.
