To whom it may concern,
My name is Duong Thi Qui Ngoc, current Vice President of Incoming Global Community
Development Program, AIESEC FTU HCMC term 2013 – 2014; elected Local Chapter
President of AIESEC FTU HCMC term 2014 – 2015. I’m writing this letter to endorse Ms.
Tran Ngoc Ngan, current Local Chapter President, AIESEC FTU HCMC term 2013 – 2014 for
President of AIESEC Vietnam term 2014-2015 position.
Having a chance to be her member in ICX function and in EB team, I have a good impression on
her working style and mindset. She is a true leader, who has led her team very stably to achieve
the good results in both number and member development. She not only cares her member from
work to life but also empowers them very much. People-oriented – a right mindset with a right
way of her has helped me and many other members develop much.
Besides that, she has a very good critical thinking. She knows how to guide her members deal
with problems instead of resolving for them. She can understand her members; help them
develop in a very logical way that pushes them to a new height. Every her action or decision is
always based on long-term effect that contributes to AIESEC’ vision and big picture.
Moreover, she is really strong. She started her term with not much trust from members and her
EB team even put her into worse situation due to their inexperience, we faced many challenges
during our EB term due to structure change and human resource crisis but she have been still
strong enough to lead us to a big success like now. It’s a vital competency of an MCP because
she will have to manage an international team, lead the whole national plenary with many
unpredictable challenges and risks.
Last but not least, she has a strong determination to take this position as well as really passionate
with it. She has a clear vision for AIESEC Vietnam in next term which can move us to the new
level.
With all reasons mentioned above, I think that sis Ngan is one of the best candidates for this
