To whom it may concern, I am Nguyen Thanh Danh, current Vice President of Organizational Development of AIESEC in Vietnam term 2013-2014. I am writing this letter to endorse Ms. Tran Ngoc Ngan, current Local Chapter President of AIESEC in Foreign Trade University HCMC, for the position of Member Committee President of AIESEC in Vietnam term 2014-2015. As her direct leader twice when I was Local Chapter Vice President and President of AIESEC in Foreign Trade University HCMC and now as her mentor, I have worked with her for 3 years in AIESEC and have observed how far she has developed in each experience. First of all, Ngan is very ambitious and determined. She usually sets high expectations for her team’s achievement and her members to let the whole team keep striving for excellence and achieve good results. Secondly, Ngan has a strong eagerness to learn and to apply her learning to practices . She always seeks for support, advice from AIESEC alumni, external partners, leaders to improve her performance and implement what she has planned. She brings new knowledge, advice from different sources to implement in her work very fast and successfully. Last but not least, Ngan is a very thoughtful and inspirational person. With her experience in developing and managing members, Ngan usually puts herself into other’s shoes to understand their needs, thoughts to help them develop in the right way. As a result, her members are inspired by her strong achieving attitude, her vision for the local chapter so they are willing to do more than their capacity which leads to the achievement of the organization. With the above reasons, I strongly recommend Ngan for the position of Member Committee President of AIESEC in Vietnam term 2014-2015. I believe she will bring great initiatives to contribute to our organization. If you have further concerns, please kindly contact me via [email protected] . To whom it may concern,

I am Nguyen Thanh Danh, current Vice President of Organizational Development of AIESEC in Vietnam term 2013-2014.

Secondly, Ngan has a strong eagerness to learn and to apply her learning to practices.
