rience before launching myself into the multi-cultural, diverse, and ever-changing hospitality industry. As a member of the equestrian team, what I lacked in experience, I made up for in hard work, enthusiasm, and adaptability; I have applied these same skills throughout my career change to human resources. I loved my major, and I reflect fondly on my study abroad experi-ences; I am grateful to have been part of a team that allowed me to take advantage of self-devel-oping opportunities.

“The clinical hours, coursework, test preparation for the NCLEX exam, and

assessment skills workshops provided me with the necessary foundation and skills I needed to get a job as a nurses’ assistant in a hospital during my undergraduate studies. With that experience, I was able to quickly find a job as a registered nurse upon gradua-tion, and I am proud to now be working at the number one hospital in the country.
