Indefinite Detention Bill Passes Senate 93-7

Infowars.com--Friday, December 2, 2011Ambiguous but alarming new wording, which is tucked into the National DefenseAuthorization Act (NDAA) and was just passed by the Senate, is reminiscent of theextraordinary measures introduced by the Nazis after they took power in 1933.And the relative lack of reaction so far calls to mind the oddly calm indifference withwhich most Germans watched the erosion of the rights that had been guaranteed bytheir own Constitution. As one German writer observed, With sheepish submissivenesswe watched it unfold, as if from a box at the theater. The writer was Sebastian Haffner, a young German lawyer worried at what he saw in1933 in Berlin, but helpless to stop it since, as he put it the German people collectivelyand limply collapsed, yielded and capitulated.

The result of this millionfold nervous breakdown, wrote Haffner at the time, is theunified nation, ready for anything, that is today the nightmare of the rest of the world.The Senate bill, in effect, revokes an 1878 law known as the Posse Comitatus Act,which banned the Army from domestic law enforcement after the military hadbeen used and often abused in that role during Reconstruction. Until now thatlaw has been taken very seriously. Military officers have had their careers brought to anabrupt halt by involving federal military assets in purely civilian criminal matters.

The Senate also codified into law the power of the U.S. military to indefinitelydetain an American citizen with no charge, no trial and no oversight whatsoeverwith the passage of S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act.

One amendmentthat would have specifically blocked the measures from being usedagainst U.S. citizens was voted down and the final bill was passed 93-7.This horrendous bill technically turns all of America into a battlefield and subjectsAmerican citizens to indefinite military detention without charge or trial.To make matters even worse, only seven of our so-called representatives voted againstthe bill, proving once and for all (if anyone had any remaining doubts) that ourgovernment is totally corrupted.

Researchers in Fouchiers team used ferrets test animals which closely mimic thehuman response to influenza and transmitted H5N1 from one to another to make itmore adaptable to new hosts. After 10 generations, the virus had mutated to becomeairborne, which means ferrets became ill from merely being near other diseasedanimals

A genetic study showed that the new, dangerous strain had only five mutationscompared to the original one, and all of them were earlier seen in the naturalenvironment just not all at once.Fouchiers strain is as contagious as the human seasonal flu, but is likely to cause manymore fatalities if released.I cant think of another pathogenic organism that is as scary as this one,Paul Keim, amicrobial geneticist who has worked on anthrax for many years, told Science Insider. His life and his death had no eternal value.God graciously allows certain people to have a slow death, so that they can repent oftheir sins and get right with Him before they die. The good news is that I do know of aman who witnessed to Steve Jobs! He was an Apple employee who took the necessarytime to share with him about Jesus Christ. But because of Steves rejection of JesusChrist, there is a big problem:John 3:36: He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth notthe Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. Salvation was offered to Mr. Jobs, and he had the total ability to accept it or the totalability to reject it. His rejection of what Jesus Christ did for him when He died on thecross at Calvary had consequences for him on planet earth, and now will have eternalconsequences as well. He is currently burning in hell until the time he goes beforeGod at the Great White Throne Judgment to then be cast into the Lake of Fire forEternity.

Apples logo is an apple with a bite out of it. Ironically, the thing that Eve did is the samething Mr. Jobs did. They both rebelled against God. And there will always beconsequences for that.

So remember to be thankful for:1. Your Salvation2. That you have breath to speak the words of eternal life to people3. That your goal is to fight the good fight, to finish the race, and to keep the faith

There was more static, and then the line went dead. Lieberman was left with just a dialtone.She tried to call him back to no avail. When she awoke the next morning, an unsettledfeeling came over her. She said it's hard to put into words, but she could no longer feelJohnny's presence.Then she found out why."Several hours later, I got a call from his mother that he had been murdered the nightbefore," she said.Johnny was shot in the head as he sat in a car that night. Lieberman thinks Johnnysomehow contacted her after his death -- a crisis apparition reaching out not through avision or a whiff of perfume, but across telephone lines.She's sorted through the alternatives over the years. Could he have called before orduring his murder? Lieberman doesn't think so.This was the era before cell phones.
