End of Trip FacilitiesHouse Rules & Conditions of Entry

Bourke Place welcomes you to our End of Trip Facility. The End of Trip Facility includes secure bike racks, bike repair bench, separate male and female change-room facilities including showers, toilets, lockers, irons and hair dryers. A separate unisex DDA compliant amenity is also located at the entrance of the male and female change rooms.

The End of Trip Facility is located on B1 of the lower car park.

The End of Trip Facility may be accessed via:1. Lower Car Park Entry Ramp - entrance off Little Bourke Street.

(Bike access only)2. Car Park Lifts - Press B1 level button. (Pedestrian access only)3. Bourke Place Food Court - lower ground level via entry doors

• AccessisrestrictedtoAuthorisedUsersonly.AnAuthorisedUserisanemployeeofatenantoroccupantof600BourkeStreet,Melbourne.

• AllAuthorisedUsersoftheEndofTripFacilityenterandusetheEndofTripFacilityattheirsolerisk and release the owner of Bourke Place and its employees, contractors and agents from all liabilityinrespectof:-

a. lossofordamagetoanypropertyoftheAuthorisedUseroranyotherperson;and b. injury to or death of any person.

• AllAuthorisedUsersmustvacatetheEndofTripFacilityimmediatelyontheactivationofthefirealarm signal.

• AllAuthorisedUsersmustcomplywithallreasonabledirectionsprovidedbyBourkePlaceManagement at all times.

• AuthorisedUsersnotabidingbytheseHouseRules&ConditionsofEntrymayhavetheiraccessprivileges revoked at the discretion of Bourke Place Management.

• BicyclesMUSTNOTberiddenwithintheEndofTripFacilityaftertheTransitionZone.

• BicycleshoesandcleatsMUSTNOTbeworninanyareawithinBourkePlaceortheEndofTripFacility.ShoesmustbetakenoffatthedesignatedTransitionZone.Pleasewalkbikesfromtransition zone to facility entrance.

• Bicyclelocksmustberemovedfromindividualbikerackswhennotinuse.Adesignatedrackfor locks has been provided.

• AuthorisedUsersmustensuretheRepairBenchisusedinasafemannerandleftinacleanandtidy condition at all times.

• EntryforRidersisviatheLowerCarParkentryonly.TheCarParkRollerdoorwillbeunlockedfrom7.00am-9.30amand4.30pm-6.30pmMondaytoFriday.Outsidethesehoursriderscanusetheswipereaderlocatedattheentry/exitramptoegress.

• TheBikeStorageareacanbeaccessed24hours/7daysviaaccesspass

Use of the Amenities• Anyitemsremaininginthelockers/drycabinets/generalareasoftheEndofTripFacility

after9pmeachweeknightwillberemovedandstoredbyBourkePlaceSecurityforaperiodof30days.Allitemsnotcollectedwithin30dayswillbedisposedof.

• Asmallnumberofweeklylockersarenowavailable.Weeklylockerswillbeonafirst-in-firstservebasisandwillbeclearedeachFridayeveningat9pm.

• AuthorisedUsersareexpectedtobecourteousandleavetheamenitiesintheconditiontheywouldliketofindthemin.

• BourkePlaceManagementtakesnoresponsibilityforlossortheftofanyitemsfromtheEnd of Trip Facilities.

• AuthorisedUsersmustensuresafeandresponsibleusageoftheiron,hairdryerandhairstraightener’s.Whenfinishedtheseitemsmustbeplacedbackinpositionandswitchedoff.

• TousetheironingboardsAuthorisedUsersmustpullouttheironingboarduntilitliftsupand clicks into place, then unfold. Ironing Boards must be returned to the cupboard when not in use. Care must be exercised when handling irons as they may be hot from previous use.

• Theduressbuttonssituatedinthechangeroomsareonlytobeactivatedincasesofanemergency.

• TheEndofTripFacilityincorporatesthelatestinsustainabledesignincludingenergyefficientandwatersavingdevices.AuthorisedUsersmustkeepshowertimestoaminimum.

• ForAssistancewithaccesscontactTheSecurityServiceCentreon96721009oruseintercom at the facility entrance.
