Is this individual a strong influencer on others in the team?A strong influencer will help gather input from employees in anefficient way.

Is this person willing to tell senior leaders the truth, even if it isnot always what they want to hear?”An honest individual will drive the initiative with the right rigorand share opinions, suggestions less hesitatingly.

Does this individual have a positive voice in the organization?Employees will be more comfortable and likely to share informationwith someone who they see as a positive person (and not as acomplainer) and will be less likely to dismiss this person’s feedback.

Does this individual have access to other influential employeeswho can provide inputs to assessment?Access to other influential employees will provide a wider outreachto your data collection efforts.

Use the questions on the right to nominate individualsto be a part of the employee group. Answers to thesequestions will help you fill the “Reason for nomination”column in the nomination form below.

Is this individual historically receptive to other HR initiatives?Such initiatives require active participation in change managementcommunications, and it’s important that the individual is receptiveto changes to be able to communicate to other employees.

Use the nomination form template below to nominate the individuals for the employee group. Ask leaders tonominate employees based on the guidance given above.

HR can then review the full list with executive stakeholders/sponsors as necessary to finalize the employee group.
