Definitions This are those skills that are essential to usgetting and keeping our jobs; its meant toimprove us so that the company sees the
advantages in us that will be of benefit tothem.
The skills that offers the ability to obtain new
employment if required, i.e. to be independentin the labour market by being willing and ableto manage their own employment transitionsbetween and within organisations
