• At the switch from GroupWise to Exchange/Outlook all contacts and all current calendar items will be in Outlook and all new mail will come into and be sent out of Outlook. • 90% of the items from GroupWise inbox, sent items and cabinet folders will be in Outlook by day 3 for clinical faculty and D2P2. •GroupWise WebAccess can be used to look at old inbox and cabinet folders to see any messages that have not yet migrated (but not archives).• GroupWise archives will be migrated last - after all accounts have been migrated. •Note – senior leader migration is defined as accounts in post office D2P2.
