From 2003 to 2007 I was on the IBM Warwick Club Committee and was instrumental in setting up an after hours yoga class for employees, something which had not been achieved before. This ran successfully from 2003 until 2008.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage the bid production phase for each engagement• This involves collation of all document sections, including creation, editing, proof reading,

cross-referencing, preparing artwork, and delivering the final product for despatch to the customer

• Provide marketing support during all bid phases• Using Microsoft packages, to type, create and amend bids, reports, proposals, CVs, tables,

presentations etc., from manuscript or copy typed material, to defined standards and deadlines

• Using graphics packages, to create and amend presentations, diagrams, tables, charts, questionnaires, forms and other complex documents using various software, to defined standards and deadlines

• To produce outputs according to IBM’s standards, unless specifically required not to do so by the bid team or consultant, only at the client’s request

• To become expert at the various production methods available;• To offer advice on the best use of packaging for each proposal;• To ensure all documents are referenced and backed up in the correct place;• To use initiative when working to a specific deadline and request assistance (via

manager/team leader) if required;• To undertake any other administrative tasks as and when required within the team;
