PROJECTS

Some of the projects executed by ELGC in the U.A.E. are as follows:

o Complete revamping of the DRP2 Dust Collection Systems: The project is a Turnkey project awarded on a EPCM basis which includes the Design, Engineering, Supply, Fabrication, Civil construction, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 4 units of Dust Collection system. - Emirates Steel Industries, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Fabrication and Supply of Structural Steel, Cyclone and Ducting for Bagfilter installation works at M/s Emirates Steel Industries, Abu Dhabi. - M/s Saralle Industries, Spain

o Civil works for Existing Foundation:

Repair to existing Foundation for Transfer tower including the redesigning of the same without dismantling of the structure while in operation. - M/s Emirates Steel Industries

o Piping and Electrical works:

Piping & Instrumentation Related Electrical Work for Automatic Electrode Spray System

Further, we have been Pre-qualified to bid and have bid for the following projects:

o Fabrication and Erection work in SMP 3 including the Civil and Electrical works - SMS Meer (For Emirates Steel, Abu Dhabi, UAE)

o Installation of New Dosing, Grinding & Mixing System and Extension of Existing

Pelleting Line - National Feed And Flour Production And Marketing, Abu Dhabi, UAE

INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITY

ELGC is in the process of developing a fabrication facility of its own, hence, develops a fabrication shop at the work site for the fabrication work. ELGC also have a tie-up with local fabrication shops for catering to its fabrication needs. The said fabrication is carried out under the Supervision of our own team of Supervisors. Critical components are fabricated by our own team of experienced Fabricators in their workshops.

MANPOWER & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS

ELGC carries out the work mostly hiring workmen directly on our rolls. However, in the event of requirement of additional manpower the same are hired locally through local suppliers after conducting Interviews and conducting tests of the trade required.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING FACILITY

ELGC generally outsources the Design and Engineering part to verified and reputed companies having experience in the relevant field. ELGC has tied up with some of the registered Consultants for carrying out the required Design, Drawing and Approvals from the local authorities. SOFTWARE

STAAD III - the most widely used analysis and design software S-Frame - the popular analysis package S-Steel - the specialized steel design software X-steel - the modeling based software for detailing of steel structures AutoCAD - the world renowned drafting package

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We use the following Project Management software in our Project Department by well experienced Projects Managers, updating and monitoring progress of projects to ensure timely completion of the projects: Primavera Project Planner Microsoft Project

We have recently attained the ISO9001-2015 certification for Constructional and Engineering Contracting related to Technology Projects in addition to the other activities.
