Emergenetics Profile for Tom Foley Four thinking attributes rooted in the concept that who you are today is the emergence of your behavior, genetic makeup and life experiences. The four attributes are Analytical, Conceptual, Structural and Social. While a person may score low in a certain area it does not mean they are unable to display a certain attribute but it does indicate their preference how they desire to spend their energy when working. My profile indicates I am Bi-Modal. I prefer to spend most of my energy at work being Conceptual (Strategic) followed by Analytical. Though my preference scores for Social and Structural are lower than the first two it means I prefer to focus on Conceptual and Analytical aspects of work over Structural and Social aspects. I excelled in Project Management which requires keen focus on Structural aspects.
