General Information Construction Die-cast aluminum bottom and top sections are mechanically joined to the extruded heat sink mid-section. The advanced heat sink extrusion allows for a variety of lengths to suit any luminaire wattage we manufacture. Our unique construction allows for passive cooling and natural cleaning of the extruded heat sink, ensuring thermal management control with reliable operation at 45-50°C high ambient conditions. Stainless steel fasteners and hinging base section allow access to electrical components for installation and maintenance. Optics Full Cut Type III VSHINE™ optics are precisely designed to shape the distribution thereby maximizing efficiency and application spacing. VSHINE™ optics are engineered from PMMA thus maximizing light transmission. Longitudinal and overall uniformity has been accurately developed to meet global lighting standards.

LEDs A calculated L70 value of 250,000 + hours based on in-situ testing, LM-79 data and LM-80 data from the LED manufacturer. Electrical LED drivers mount to die-cast aluminum back casting for optimal heat sinking and operation efficiency. Standard driver input 90-528 Volts AC with an IP 67 rating and with diming function available to optimize lighting control. DC powered drivers are also available. Mounting The VSHINE™ high powered Flood lights come complete with wall or pole mounting bracket which incorporates a full adjustable tilt angle. Easy to adjust and position to reduce installation time. Finish Cast components finished in polyester powder coat paint. Standard colors include grey and white with other RAL colors available upon request.
