Presentation
Embalatap offers a wide rank of standard closures, along with the possibility of assessment, design and specific packaging solutions, tailored for the customer needs, thanks to our technical knowledge and the long relationship we maintain with the main mould manufacturers.
Although Embalatap has been historically focused in the food markets, especially in oil, sauces, and milky products, it has also successfully launched models for markets like pharmacy, cosmetic, detergency…
From our facilities we supply both the national and international markets, with significant customers in France, Italy, Portugal, North Africa, Israel.
Certificates
Embalatap has a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
As an integrated part of our process we make a HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) preventing any hazard in food packaging.
We also have the Environmental Certification EKOSCAN, given by the Basque Governments Environment Management Agency.
We meet all the European Regulations and Directives concerning food packages production.
Means
Our production facilities include a wide variety of injection molding machines between 50 and 350 tons of closing, delivered by some of the best market brands (Krauss Maffei, Billion, Ferromatik, etc…), a large range of moulds made by the best European specialists (Plastisud, Curtil, Matrix, KTW) as well as a properly automatized second processes section (for assembling, embedding, etc).
Thanks to our proven experience and resources (test lab, Research and development office) to asses, conceive and execute turnkey projects, we always propose the most suitable solution for our customers technical and financial needs.
