INTRODUCTION

Emalee Moore was raised in a French speaking house, and is a heritage speaker of French. Her love of French is what helps her to teach others in an inviting and fun way. To Emalee, French is not only a language, it is a way of life. She has dedi-cated her entire career to this language, and the culture. French is an amazing way for young children to learn something chal-lenging that forces them to master a skill in order to move on to the next skill or grammar set. This book: Les Couleurs, Les Chiffres, et Les Objets, was designed with young leaners in mind, and also beginning speakers. It is to be used a supplementary tool to learn the different colors, numbers, one through ten, in French. It also shows

every day objects that students will encoun-ter at some point in time. This interactive eBook is a great tool for all learners, and is a new way to make reading exciting for children.

How to Use the Book:

This book has audio recordings of how to pronounce each word “En Français”, by clicking on the “Read me the sentence” button. Every few pages, there are “Interro Surprise!”. These a “pop quizzes” to assess how well the student is absorbing the mate-rial, and if they are able to remember the words. There is also a word search at the end of the book to search for all of the col-ors used in the book!
