Mary MkandawireA pioneer in education and leadership, Dr. Mary Mkandawire

was the only woman in the first graduating class from the

University of Malawi, College of Medicine. She is an award-

winning author, speaker, and trainer in the areas of leadership

and coaching, which led her to obtain certifications and

accreditations from many international organizations such as

The John Maxwell Team and the Institute of Leadership and

Management. Her current work includes teaching and

mentoring young professionals to create lives of purpose,

abundance, peace, joy, and fulfillment. Dr. Mkandawire is also

a regular columnist for BNL Daily Times, and contributor to

People Manager Magazine and Malawi Insurance Times.
