Send & Receive Emails on MOTOTRBO RadiosEmail Gateway also allows two-way radios to send and receive emails (up to 275 characters) directly on their radio handset. Emails are sent to a radio user’s email account (which can be a real email account or an alias email address), forwarded to the server and dispatched to the radio(s) via the two-way radio network. Email Gateway easily integrates with all email servers including SMTP, POP & IMAP services.

Canned Messages - To improve response times, messages can be configured to simplify the radio user’s reply to common questions. Depending on the industry & jobs, options such as, “Yes”, “I’m on my way”, and “Okay, sounds good,” can be pre-programmed.

Email Filtering - Manage incoming emails by filtering out specific email addresses, non-urgent emails, and decide if you want the emails delivered as work tickets or text messages.
