As an Administrative Assistant in the Tax/Treasury department at Autodesk I was assigned

the task of scanning all the binders of Provisional Tax from 2013, 2014 and 2015. Each Fiscal Year is scanned by binder which is divided into tabbed sections, or “Chapters”, i.e. GAAP Checklist chapter, Flux Analysis chapter, etc. I decided each chapter should have its name be part of it to

make it retrievable on SharePoint, and because of the length of some of these names, I concluded to limit the name to six letters and numbers max, so the “APB 23 Reinvest” chapter would be

APB23. Flux Analysis is “FLUX” and so on. The file name for this could be “07_FLUX_FY15Q1a_20160913.pdf”, being the 7th chapter in the binder. I also compiled a Table of Contents for each year with the shortcuts highlighted, also on SharePoint.
