Though I go by the name Eli I was born with the name Elijah. The name Elijah is of Hebrew origin meaning “The lord is my God”. My parents gave me the name Eli because it is the name of a friend of my mothers an artist named Eli Levin who resides in New Mexico.

Stories from my birth
It was at Langley air force hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. When I was born it was a stormy Friday evening and it took 8 hours for me to be brought into this world. I was a healthy baby weighing 7.6 pounds. My grandparents were all there to help my transition into this new world.
