1.Complex Challenge/ research questions(a). A major challenge for Home Area Network is achieving an optimum Quality-of-Service delivery across the network based on the Smart Grid. Little progress has been made to put together an algorithm or develop a model that will resolve response time concerns. (b). Because of its translucent appearance and low concentration in natural waters, G. lamblia is not easy to detect, but even a few cysts are enough to make a person severely sick. Fiber Optical Fluorescence Microscopy can be used to detect G. lamblia and other microorganisms in water for public health safety (c). Solar cells based on complex nanostructured materials. However, the large-scale use of solar cells remains prohibitively expensive. Further design and discovery of new nanostructured materials are essential to achieving the necessary efficiency breakthroughs that would make the next generation of solar cells economically viable solutions to current energy concerns.

1. Revolutionizing the O&G Business Model through Multi-Industry

Collaboration for a More Sustainable and Profitable Future Oil and Gas companies suffering from the cyclical nature of the industry, weakened balance sheets, and environmental misalignment need a revolutionized business model to help transform and repurpose their structure and operability to profitably adapt and deliver clean and carbon negative energy solutions for tomorrow’s world. Cross-industry expertise, consolidation, diversification, vertical integration, scalability, repurposing of existing infrastructure and resources are few of the many approaches to be strategically considered to develop customized and feasible business models, reshaping oil and gas companies to weather the current difficulties and position them for success in meeting world energy demand.

2. Cross-Industry and Multidisciplinary experience and skillset need:Engineering disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Chemical, Mining, Aerospace), Computer Scientist, Biologist, Chemists, Geologist…etc.
