Eco-Efficient FeaturesElements Residences is equipped with solar panels which efficiently absorb solar rays converting it into electricity thru the photovoltaic method. The power that will be generated by these solar panels will illuminate the Sky Garden and Hanging Garden at night as well as other common areas in the building.

Eco-Efficient FeaturesThese are building rooftops covered with a variety of vegetation. This will serve many eco-efficient functions such as rainwater absorption, building insulation and may also have an impact on lowering urban air temperature. Elements green roof will be designed both in the Sky garden and taken a step further in the Hanging Garden.

Eco-Efficient FeaturesThe light emitting diode (LED Light) is a lighting technology that will further improve the energy efficiency of modern lighting fixtures. Common areas ordinarily use compact fluorescent lamps and this will be replaced by LED lights. This will then save up an approximate 80% of electricity. Further, it has a life span of five years which is five times an ordinary fluorescent lamp and it contains no mercury.

Eco-Efficient FeaturesThis provides sustainable source of usable water .Collected rainwater irrigates the Sky Garden and Hanging Garden and serves as water storage system for building maintenance. It lessens the chances of flooding as it prevents gathered rainwater from accumulating in the sewage system.

Eco-Efficient FeaturesThis technology dramatically improves energy efficiency by channeling electricity only when motion is detected. This equipment will be installed in the common areas of the building which most of the time is unused.

Through this technology, lights in the hallways will automatically turn off and will switch on once it detects movement.

Eco-Efficient FeaturesThese modified common household fixtures substantially lessen yearly water consumption of a typical family by an approximately 22,000 gallons. This will be applied not only to toilet fixtures but also to shower heads, bidets and kitchen faucet.

Buyers Incentives Other international sales not mentioned above will also be given Buyers Incentive similar in nature or analogous to the ones indicated above but

subject to GFL Managements approval. This has no retroactive application and supersedes all existing Buyers promo specifically Free Appliance and Spot Cash Incentives. The Spot Cash discounts will still be applied on top of the New Buyers Incentive.
