Positive Reinforcement Our philosophy student discipline is

centered around positive reinforcement and the exercise of patience in supporting every child in improving his conduct.

We believe that generally students readily change their behavior if they are approached in a positive and constructive manner, using praise and promoting self-esteem and confidence.
