About UsJay and Madeleine Crowdus, a husband and wife artist team, have a passion for good design.Jay is a graphic artist, and Madeleine is a fine artist in several media. In 2011, Jay and Madeleine had a vision to turn their love of birds and other garden and woodland inhabitants into delightful, engaging, rustic metal silhouettes to ornament the garden and home.

As an artist/illustrator team, Jay and Madeleine spend numerous hours researching each design, seeking to distill the true essence and character of each subject at Elegant GardenDesign headquarters in Vancouver, WA. The designs are cut from steel and hand-crafted to achieve a rust patina. All items are drawn, washed, and rusted by hand, and some items are painted by hand as well. This hard work shows in each product as it is instantly recognizable to those who love birds and other creatures.

Wholesale OrdersFirst Order Minimum: $200

Re-Order Minimum: $100All orders have an item minmum of 3 per style.

In many cases, we rust items to order, so most orders have a 2-week average turn around for

shipment. Order processing is expedited for prepaid orders placed at

www.elegantgardendesign.net.

ShippingOrders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Alternatively, orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Vancouver, WA, or delivery arrangements may be made for regional customers (please call for availability). Customers are responsible for shipping and/or delivery costs. Please call for a shipping or delivery quote.

International OrdersWe ask that you please be aware of your country’s custom and import laws: any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office or tax authority for specific information.

When you order from Elegant Garden Design, Inc., you are considered to be the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of our products. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.

If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you may be billed a 20% restocking fee. Your credit card will also be charged if we incur additional shipping costs in retrieving your package. If your package is returned to us because of customs issues you will be credited for the merchandise, minus the fees described above, if the package is returned to us in reasonable condition.
