• Full-edited video in DVD format (1 – 2 hours)

• 42 pages 8” X 10” prints in local made-to-order digital magnetic album with selected

number of 120 to 160 images res

• 5 hours pre-debut pictorial at Renaissance Convention Center (session by

appointment; weekdays only)

Payment Terms & Conditions:

1. Schedule of payments:

40 % reservation fee – upon signing of the contract

30 % partial payment – 3 months before the event

30 % final payment – 1 month before the event

2. All payments are non-refundable.

3. All upgrades/revisions from the package are charged to the client’s account and are paid

directly to our supplier (caterer, photographer/videographer).
